This Privacy Notice explains how CEPOWER handles information related to the CEPOWER website, cloud services, battery monitoring services, alerts, automation features, and billing pages.

1. Information We May Collect

We may collect information such as your CEPOWER device ID, battery/device identifiers, email address, name if provided, license status, payment status, selected plan, device timezone, device telemetry, alert settings, automation settings, IP address, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. Battery and Device Data

CEPOWER devices may send battery monitoring data to the CEPOWER server, such as voltage, current, state of charge, status values, firmware version, timestamps, and related sensor information. This data is used to provide monitoring, alerts, history, automation, and troubleshooting.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Paddle or the payment provider shown at checkout. CEPOWER does not store your full card number or card security code on its server. Payment providers may process payment details according to their own privacy and security practices.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the CEPOWER service, manage licenses, process renewals, show battery data, send alerts, support automation features, troubleshoot problems, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate CEPOWER, such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, notification providers, or automation integrations that you choose to connect.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing records, support customers, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service from abuse.

You may contact us to ask questions about your data, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some data may need to be kept for billing, security, or legal reasons.
