These Terms of Service are issued by Elie Fadel Harfouche, operating under the trade name CEPOWER (cepower.org). They apply to the CEPOWER website, cloud services, battery monitoring services, alerts, automation features, and related online tools provided through cepower.org.

1. Service Description

CEPOWER provides cloud-based battery monitoring and related services for compatible battery management systems and ESP32-based devices. The service may include remote monitoring, alerts, automation features, device status information, and license management.

2. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for installing, wiring, configuring, and using your devices safely. CEPOWER data is provided for monitoring and convenience. It should not be used as the only safety system for batteries, electrical systems, vehicles, homes, or critical equipment.

3. Licenses and Access

Paid licenses are linked to CEPOWER device IDs or battery devices. Access may depend on the selected plan, number of devices, payment status, renewal type, and license expiry date.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle or another payment provider shown at checkout. CEPOWER does not store your full card number or payment card security code on its server.

5. Auto-Renewal and One-Time Payments

If you choose auto-renewal, the payment provider may renew your plan automatically according to the selected plan period. If you choose one-time payment, the plan does not renew automatically and you must renew manually before or after expiry.

6. Availability

We try to keep CEPOWER services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet issues, device issues, server issues, third-party services, or incorrect configuration may affect availability.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CEPOWER services, attempt unauthorized access, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CEPOWER is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, equipment damage, battery damage, electrical issues, or safety incidents caused by installation, configuration, third-party hardware, network problems, or misuse of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The latest version will be available on this page.
